The systems a small business owner never has time to build.

I set them up for you, then hand them over with an AI assistant that keeps them running.

What I set up

Owner-run service businesses, one to ten people, where the owner still does the admin at night. These are the pieces I build most.

Lead intake and follow-up
A new inquiry gets a reply in under a minute and lands in one list. If nobody has called back by morning, you get a reminder.
Quotes and invoices
Quotes that pull from your own prices, so you aren't typing the same numbers every time.
Accounts and files
Logins in a password manager and files in one place, so nothing lives on just one phone.
The tools you already use, connected
Email, calendar, forms and books passing information along, so you stop entering things twice.
Your website and social profiles
A clean site and matching profiles on every platform, so anyone who looks you up finds one business, with the same name, look and contact info everywhere.
An AI assistant that knows your setup
Claude or ChatGPT set up with instructions for your business. It can explain how things work and walk you through the common fixes.

How a job runs

  1. Apply

Fill out the Work with me form. It tells me what your business does and what's slowing it down.

  2. I look around first

Before we talk, I go through what's already public about your business, so our call goes to what only you know.

  3. A written plan

What changes, in what order, and what done looks like for each part.

  4. Build

One piece at a time. Each piece works on its own before the next one starts.

  5. Hand-off

Plain instructions, a troubleshooting guide, and your AI assistant set up to read them.

Who I am

Before this I co-owned a land services company in Florida and set up its back office myself: the website, lead intake, a quoting engine that worked out machine and labor cost per job, a job pipeline, a scheduling calendar and alerts for new government bids.

Now I set that kind of thing up for other owners. Before all of it I was in the Air Force, in aircraft maintenance. I work out of Florida and take clients anywhere.

New work starts with a short application

It takes about ten minutes. I read every one and reply by email.
